This page will help you download the necessary software for each computer you will be backing up.

Follow the links below to download the installation files and documentation you need for Microsoft® Windows® and Windows XP. The links for the zip (.zip) files will download the files necessary to install Charter Business Backup on your system. Note: A software client must be installed on each device containing data that will be backed up.

Charter Business Backup documentation includes user guides, installation guides, and configuration guides for the corresponding Charter Business Backup product. Release notes identify changes made in the latest release or upgrade of the software client, including identification of supported platforms.
