120 Mile Fiber Connection Connects Scottsbluff to Omaha

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Kearney, NE, March 2008 – Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHTR) and Charter Business^® announced today the completion of a 120 mile, fiber-optic link from Ogallala to Scottsbluff, Nebraska, completing its statewide network and making it the first telecommunications company operating in Nebraska to fully connect the east and west portions of the state. “Multi-site businesses operating within the state of Nebraska will benefit tremendously from the upgraded network. The Nebraska interconnect will provide new and enhanced telecommunications services to businesses in Nebraska such as optic-based Internet connections and point-to-point connections to out-of-state locations,” said Rex A.
