Charter Business® CallDetail - FAQ
If you subscribe to Charter Business Telephone® and have long distance, directory assistance or toll free usage,
you can view your monthly call details when you login to
MyAccount.
MyAccount is an online service that allows customers to view statement history, call detail,
select payment options and other account level tasks.
If you do not have a login for My Account, it’s quick and easy to set one up. Go to
MyAccount to get started now.
- Q:Why are my call details no longer included in my paper statement?

A:Customers who are interested in their call usage detail may access this information
online via My Account at www.Charter-Business.com/myaccount. Since these calls are included in the calling plan,
and not charged separately, we found that many customers were not interested in having this information
included on their bill. By not including the call detail on paper statements we were able to make the bill
more streamlined and easier to understand, plus we are able to save paper, which is good for the environment.
- Q:If I view my charges on line can I still get a paper statement?

A: Yes. Simply create a My Account or login to My Account at www.Charter-Business.com/myaccount and select the My Bill tab. Select
Available Statements from the left menu to view Call Detail links. You may also view your current Bill Delivery Options and
change to your preferred method. You will receive email within a few minutes confirming your preferred statement delivery.
- Q:Can I get my call detail printed on my monthly statement?

A:We will no longer provide call details on your mailed, printed statement. However, when you register at
www.Charter-Business.com/myaccount, you will be able to view and print the call details page from your online statement when you
login to My Account and select MyBill tab and the Call Details menu option. Please note that you will only be able to view call
details beginning the same month that you register online at charter.com.
- Q:How can I view previous month call details if I have not created a My Account login?

A:Call details will not be available online for the months prior to registration. If you would like to request a printed copy of
your call details from previous months, please call us at 1-800-314-7195.
