Billing
All telephone call details can now be viewed online. Go to Charter-Business.com and click on the My Account
button in the top right corner. You will need to provide your “My Account” username and password in order to log in.
*Customers who have never created a “My Account” login can create one by entering their billing account number
and following the prompts.
To access billing information:
- Once logged in, click on “Charter ePay/Add Services”
- From the ePay screen, click new “Call Details” to view your long-distance call detail.
Charter Business is not responsible for fraudulent charges that are a result of a customer not securing their network
and phone system from hackers. If it is determined that the cause of the fraud is in your phone equipment, you will
be held responsible for any charges associated with the fraudulent calls.
