Billing
All telephone call details can now be viewed online. Go to Charter-Business.com
and click on the “My Account” button in the top right corner. You will need to provide
your “My Account” login-ID and password in order to log in.
NOTE: Customers who have never created a “My Account” login can create one by
entering their billing account number and following the prompts.
To access billing information:
- Once logged in, click on “Charter ePay/Add Services”
- From the ePay screen, click new “Call Details” to view your long-distance call detail.
